These terms are supplemented by our shipping and delivery policy and our privacy policy. Your rights under mandatory consumer protection legislation always apply.

2. Ordering

Before you complete your order, you can check the products, your details and the total price of the order at checkout.

Once you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided. Please check the confirmation and contact us if any details are incorrect.

You are responsible for providing correct contact and delivery details. If you need to change your order, contact us as soon as possible. The possibility of making changes may be limited if the order has already been dispatched.

If an ordered product cannot be delivered, we will contact you to inform you of the situation and agree on how the order is to be handled. We will not replace one product with another without your approval.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK), including VAT, unless clearly stated otherwise.

The total price of the order, including shipping and any other charges, is shown before you complete the purchase. Price changes apply to future orders and do not affect purchases already concluded.

The available payment options are shown at checkout. If you choose a payment service, such as Klarna, the payment provider's terms for that payment method also apply. These do not limit your rights against us as the seller.

4. Shipping and delivery

For delivery within Sweden, the shipping cost is SEK 60 including VAT per order, regardless of the weight or size of the order.

The normal delivery time is within 7 days of the order date, unless otherwise stated on the product page or at checkout. Delivery is made to the nearest collection point in accordance with the chosen delivery option.

You need to collect the parcel within the time stated in the notification. Failing to collect a parcel does not in itself mean that you have notified us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

More information can be found in our shipping and delivery policy.

5. Delayed delivery and damage in transit

If we become aware of a delivery delay, we will inform you by email. Contact us if the order has not arrived within the stated delivery time.

In the event of a delay, you have the right to demand delivery and, where the statutory conditions are met, to cancel the purchase and receive a refund. You may also be entitled to compensation under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (konsumentköplagen).

We are responsible for the order during transport until you have received or collected it. If anything is damaged, missing or incorrect, contact us and quote your order number. Please attach photos if they help us investigate the problem.

6. Right of withdrawal

When you shop in our online shop, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason. The withdrawal period starts on the day after you, or someone else designated by you who is not the carrier, has received the goods. If the goods in an order are delivered separately, the period runs from receipt of the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us clearly within the withdrawal period. You can contact us by email or letter.

You can also use the Swedish Consumer Agency's (Konsumentverket) withdrawal form, but this is not a requirement.

Please state your name, order number and which products you wish to return.

Exception for sealed products

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if they were delivered sealed and you have broken the seal.

The exception only applies to products that meet the requirements of the law. The fact that a product is a skincare product does not automatically mean that there is no right of withdrawal. Your right to make a complaint about faulty goods is not affected by this exception.

7. Returns after withdrawal

Send the products back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you notified us that you are withdrawing from the purchase.

You pay the return shipping when you withdraw from a purchase. In the case of an incorrect delivery or a justified complaint, we cover the necessary return costs.

Pack the products carefully and, if possible, use the original packaging if you still have it. Keep the proof of postage.

Return address:
Bjarka Craft of Nature
Svartgrindsvägen 13
861 33 Timrå
Sweden

If you have handled a product more than is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, we may make a deduction for the diminished value caused by that handling, provided that you have received the information about the right of withdrawal required by law.

8. Refunds

If you withdraw from a purchase, we will refund you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we received your notification. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have shown that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Refunds are made using the same payment method as used for the purchase, unless we expressly agree otherwise, and without any refund fee.

If you withdraw from the entire order, the original standard shipping cost will also be refunded. Any additional costs for a more expensive delivery option will not be refunded.

9. Complaints

You have the right to make a complaint about original defects in goods for three years from when you received them. Make your complaint within a reasonable time after discovering the defect. Notification within two months is always considered to be within a reasonable time.

Contact us at bjarkacraftofnature@gmail.com and describe the defect. Please state your order number and attach relevant photos.

In the case of a defect for which we are responsible, you are entitled to remedies under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (konsumentköplagen), such as repair or replacement and, where the conditions are met, a price reduction or cancellation of the purchase. The remedy must be provided free of charge and within a reasonable time.

10. Exchanges

Contact us if you wish to exchange a product. Exchanges are made by agreement and subject to availability. For an agreed exchange, you pay the return shipping and we pay the shipping of the replacement product to you.

This does not affect your statutory right of withdrawal or right to make a complaint.

11. Products and product information

Our products are handmade. Minor variations in appearance may therefore occur. The colours in product images may also be affected by your screen settings. This does not limit your rights if a product is faulty or differs from what was agreed.

Read the product's list of ingredients, directions for use and any safety information before use.

12. Use of the website

The website must not be used for unlawful purposes, fraud or attempts to damage or disrupt the operation of the shop.

Texts, images, logos and other protected material belong to us or the respective rights holder. Any use beyond what the law permits requires the permission of the rights holder.

13. Personal data

We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation. Information about how your data is used and what rights you have can be found in our privacy policy.

14. Disputes and changes to the terms

If you have a complaint, please contact us first and we will try to resolve the matter together.

If we cannot reach an agreement, you can turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN), provided that the dispute meets the Board's requirements for consideration. You can also have the dispute heard by a competent court.

Swedish law applies to these terms. This does not limit the protection you have under mandatory legislation.

We may update the terms for future purchases. Your order is governed by the version that was available when you made your purchase.
