Shipping and delivery

At Bjarka Craft of Nature, we want you to feel confident when ordering our handmade products. Here you will find information about shipping costs, delivery times and what to do if something goes wrong with your delivery.

Delivery within Sweden

This policy applies to orders delivered within Sweden. Your order will be sent to the nearest collection point in accordance with the delivery option stated at checkout.

Shipping cost

We offer a flat shipping rate of SEK 60 including VAT per order, regardless of the weight or size of the order.

The shipping cost is shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Delivery time

Our normal delivery time is within 7 days of the order date, unless otherwise stated on the product page or at checkout.

If a product has a different delivery time, we will inform you of this at the time of purchase.

Collecting your order

When your parcel is ready for collection, you will receive a notification with information about the collection point and the last day for collection. Follow the instructions in the notification and collect your parcel within the stated time.

Please check that your name, address, phone number and email address are correct when you order, so that the delivery and the notification can reach you.

Delayed or missing delivery

If we become aware that your delivery is delayed, we will let you know by email.

Has your order not arrived within the stated delivery time? Contact us and quote your order number, and we will help you look into what has happened.

In the event of a delayed delivery, your rights under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (konsumentköplagen) apply. Among other things, you can demand delivery and, where the statutory conditions are met, cancel the purchase and get back what you have paid. You may also be entitled to compensation for reasonable, documented costs caused by the delay.

Damage in transit and incorrect delivery

We are responsible for your order during transport until you have received or collected it.

If a product is damaged or missing, or if you have received the wrong product, contact us as soon as you discover the problem. Quote your order number and describe what has happened. Please attach photos of the product and the packaging if this helps us assess the matter.

Please keep the packaging while we investigate any damage in transit. We will help you further and will cover the necessary return shipping in the case of an approved complaint or incorrect delivery.

Changing delivery details

If you discover that you have entered incorrect delivery details, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to help you correct the details before the order is dispatched. If the parcel has already been dispatched, the possibility of changing the details may be limited.
