Payment and Prices
All prices are current and may change in the future. The total price for your order is calculated at checkout, including any shipping and payment fees, as well as VAT.
We offer the following payment methods:

Klarna Checkout
Klarna Checkout makes online shopping simple, flexible and secure. By answering a few questions, you can easily verify your identity and choose the payment method that suits you best. One feature of Klarna Checkout is that we separate the purchase from the payment. First, you confirm your purchase, then you choose how you would like to pay: by Klarna invoice, Klarna account, card or bank transfer. All options are equally secure.

Delivery and Returns
We offer the following delivery methods:

Delivery
A flat rate of SEK 60 applies to deliveries within Sweden, regardless of the order’s size or weight. Delivery within 7 days to your nearest collection point.
Delivery terms are also provided at checkout under each delivery option. Unless otherwise stated, the delivery time is 7 days. If an item has a different delivery time, this will be indicated in its product description.
If a delivery delay occurs, we will notify you by email. As a customer, you always have the right to cancel your purchase in the event of a delivery delay. We will do everything we can to fulfil your order. However, circumstances may arise that make this impossible, for example if our supplier or carrier cannot fulfil their obligations to us. We reserve the right to disclaim liability for any compensation to customers relating to delivery delays.
Returns
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we have packed the wrong item. Returns must be sent by post as a letter or parcel, not cash on delivery. For exchanges, we cover the shipping cost of sending the replacement item to you.
14-Day Right of Withdrawal
We comply with the Swedish Distance Contracts Act, which gives you the right to return ordered goods without providing a reason. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order, or the greater part of it. The item must be returned securely packaged, in good condition and in its original box.
If you have handled the item beyond what is necessary to establish its characteristics or function, and this has reduced its value, we have the right to deduct an amount corresponding to that reduction in value from your refund. Any reduction in value is assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund the amount you paid for the item as soon as possible, and no later than 30 days from the date we received the returned item. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item.
