Use
Wet hair, take the shampoo cake in your hand and rub it into the scalp and the rest of the hair, rub up a lather and wash as usual, rinse and repeat once more.
When you change from a conventional shampoo to shampoo cake, you may need to use acid rinse the first 3-4 times, to remove residues of chemicals and silicone from the hair.
Feel free to combine with natural balsamic cake and / or natural hair oil.
Sour rinse
1 part apple cider vinegar preferably organic, 9 parts water mix in a spray bottle, shake before use.
